Move the cursor through the keyboard if the mouse is not working

Activate the keyboard keys as a mouse
To do this, press the Window key + R button of the keyboard to open Run Window. Type “Control” command in Run window and press Enter.
This command will open your computer’s control panel on your computer screen. Now, click on Ease of Access in the control panel. If the mouse is not working at all, press the tab button of the keyboard twice. Now the first option system and security will be selected. Press the down arrow to move down the options and press the right arrow button to go to the options on the right. Press Enter button while you are on Ease of access option.
With the help of Down Arrow button and Right Arrow button of the keyboard, come to the “Change How Your Keyboard Works” option and press Enter.
Press down arrow button and press the Enter button on the “Set up Mouse Keys” option.

(1) Turn on Mouse Keys
Checking this checkbox, you will be able to move the mouse cursor through the numeric keys of your keyboard. You can manage the cursor with the help of buttons from 1 to 9 of numeric keys. From which the button 5 is for clicking and all other for move the cursor. To do this, press Alt +M.
(2) Turn on Mouse Keys with left Alt + left SHIFT + NUM LOCK
This is a shortcut to turn on the mouse key, this checkbox will have to be checked to use this shortcut. To do this, press Alt +K.
(3) (a) Display a warning message when turning a setting on
Whenever you use the shortcut to turn the mouse key on, then if you want to have a warning message then check this checkbox. To do this, press Alt +A.

(4) Top Speed

(6) Hold down CTRL to speed up and SHIFT to slow down
Holding down the CTRL button while moving the cursor through the keyboard will increase the speed of the cursor and pressing shift will decrease the speed. To use it, you need to check this checkbox. To do this, press Alt +W.
(7) Use mouse keys when NUM Lock is On or Off
Do you want to turn NUM lock on or off while using mouse keys from the keyboard? Click on one of the radio buttons. To do this, press Alt +N for on and Alt+N then Down arrow for off.
(8) Display the Mouse Keys icon on the taskbar
If you want to show the icon of the mouse key on the taskbar, check this checkbox. To do this, press Alt +Y.
After doing all the settings, press Alt + O.
Now you can move the cursor up, down, right and left from 2,4,6,8 of the numeric key of the keyboard. From 1,3,7 and 9, you can move the cursor to the corner side. Use 5 to click.
If you are not able to move the mouse with the numeric keyboard, check once that there is NUM LOCK ON or OFF and you have set the settings for ON or OFF.
